IS BLACK WEEK-DAYPASSES VALID THROUGH THE HOLE SEASON 22-23?

No, Black Week-daypasses are valid until 17.2.2023. The tickets are not valid on winter holidays.

CAN I PAY WITH EXERCISE VOUCHERS?

Exercise benefits are not accepted as a payment method in the webshop.
In the ticket office you can pay with Smartum exercise vouchers and cultural vouchers, SmartumPay, Virike vouchers, Edenred card, Edenred mobile payment, ePassi and Eazybreak. Please note that exercise benefits are personal. Proof of identity must be presented upon request.

How can I buy ski passes online?

To reload an existing keycard you need a keycard and its number.

If you don't have a keycard, buy it online and pick it up at the Messilä's ticket office.

May I buy severeral ski passes in one transaction?

Yes, you can easily buy ski passes for your family or friends in one single transaction. We will store your information and connect your keycards into one single user account.

Ski passes can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ski pass there will be no need to register keycard numbers and names again. Names and keycard numbers are saved to your account.

What about kids?

Children under 6 years wearing a helmet ski for free with a responsible adult.

Children ski pass is for 6-11 years old.

Do I need an existing Keycard?

If you don't have a keycard, buy it online and pick it up at Messilä's ticket office.

Receipt and confirmation?

You will receive an e-mail receipt to the address you used when you purchased.

What is the difference between a Keycard and a ski pass?

Keycard is the physical chip card which you need when you go through the gates at the ski resort. Ski pass will be loaded to keycard.

Where do I find the Keycard number?

It is the long number which is printed on your keycard for example 01-1614 7200 2500 3445 8000-01.

I forgot my keycard at home

You can buy new keycard from the ticket office. Keycard price is 6 euros.

Where should I keep my Keycard?

The keycard should be placed in your left pocket.

Please check that there is no other items in the same pocket such as phone or card which can interrupt keycard's activity.

Do I have to choose a specific date?

Yes. The ski pass you purchased is valid for the period you purchased it.

Do I have to go to the ticket office first?

If you have reloaded a ski pass to an existing keycard, you can go directly to the slopes.

If you did not have keycard and bought it online, you will need to pick it up at the Messilä's ticket office.
